The Hill Country News in Cedar Park won three awards in the recent Texas Community Newspaper Association contest. TCNA Executive Director Dick Colvin went to Cedar park to present the awards. The News won first place in special sections for the work on the 2008 Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce Business and Membership Directory. The News won second place in Best Automotive ad for an ad sold by Donna Stanley and designed by Jennifer Roberts. The News also won second in Best Sports Photo.
